(DCM) doing business as (d/b/a) Permaswage USA (CAGE 14798), or its authorized distributors for the procurement of the Fitting Install Swaging Tool Kit (Permaswage) required to support the CV-22 Program. The objective of this effort is to contract with either DCM d/b/a Permaswage USA (CAGE 14798), Orkal Industries LLC (CAGE 4M1Q2); Adept Fasteners, Inc. (CAGE 1V0G6), or Wesco Aircraft Hardware Corp d/b/a Incora (CAGE 1V757) as currently approved and qualified sources to produce and deliver a limited quantity of units. The Government intends to procure the above item under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not have the rights to current data, drawings or other specifications to permit full and open competition. This effort is restricted to a limited number of responsible sources as a limited competition. A determination by the Government to limit this competition to qualified sources is solely within the discretion of the Government.
