## Description

procurement of Advanced Recovery Control (ARC) hardware, spares, kits, depot support, technical engineering, and logistics support on a sole source basis with Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, Power/Control Systems (NGC), 7301 Sykesville Road, Sykesville, Maryland. It is anticipated that orders will be placed against a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) during a five-year period in support of PMA-251.

Award covers the procurement of system hardware, spares, service change/upgrade kits, component repair/upgrade, depot hardware and support with technical engineering and logistics ancillary support to include engineering investigation efforts, Engineering Change Proposals (ECP), engineering studies, technical data, software development/support, installation, shipboard technical support, and crew training for the ARC system.
