## Description

Amendment 0001 - The purpose of this amendment is to include Attachment 2_Questions and Answers Large Silicone Trivet Mats, size 16-inches x 12-inches, color black, heat resistant up to 450 degrees Fahrenheit, Qty: 600 units, to be delivered to Guam, to be used for, but not limited to, protecting tables and countertops from heat damage, burn marks, and scratches that could be caused by cooking appliances.
