## Description

Amendment 04 Amendment 04 is issued for the following:

-The Instructions to Offerors has been updated to remove the proof of inspection to validate compliance with ISO 17357-1:2014 -The Instructions to Offerors has been updated to require a written statement from Non-Yokohama manufacturers stating compliance with ISO 17357-1:2014 -The following language has been incorporated in this solicitation: One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements -Clauses DFARS 252.225-7005, DFARS 252.225-7041, & DFARS 252.225-7967 have been incorporated -Provision 252.225-7966 has been incorporated Amendment 03 Amendment 03 is issued for the following:

-The due date for proposal submissions is re-opened and extended to 25 August 2026. -The Instructions to Offerors has been updated to require proof of inspection to validate compliance with ISO 17357-1:2014 -The Instructions to Offerors has been updated to require a completed copy of 'FAR 52.225-6, Trade Agreements Certificate' clearly listing all countries of origin for this procurement -The overall wording of the Instructions to Offerors has been updated Offerors must acknowledge and submit a new proposal in response to Amendment 03 Amendment 02 Amendment 02 for Solicitation N6817126QG004 is hereby issued for the following changes: - Attachment "RFI - Questions from Industry 2" has been incorporated - The Delivery Schedule has been updated.
