This requirement is for the Data Analysis Reporting Tool Set (DARTS) technology to provide a means to collect and analyze Submarine Non-Propulsion Electronic System (NPES) data for test and evaluation (T&E) reporting purposes. This requirement will provide continued support for the conduct of system performance, certification, calibration and developmental test for new construction and acquisition programs and in-service Command, Control, Communications and Intelligence (C3I) System technology refresh and technology insertion efforts. GDMS owns, and has full rights and title to, the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) data that was developed under the previous SBIR efforts. This requirement is a follow-on to N66604-21-D-H100 with Progeny Systems Corporation (acquired by GDMS effective 1 January 2024) and it is anticipated that 314,020 man-hours will be required over the five-year period of performance.
