There is no difference in the two postings. The solicitation will be posted in PIEE/SAM.;

Amendment 1 is posted 2/17/2026 to add requirement that respondents include their current SeaPort MAC number.

Amendment 2 posted 2/26/2026 to:

1) Update Key Personnel Required and Desired Qualifications for Task 4.6 2) Revise SOW to add Applicable Document 3.35 and to add a note to section 4.0 that all software development shall be performed in accordance with AD 3.2. 3) Extend response date to 3/4/2026.
