Qualified suppliers including authorized distributors only will be considered and must meet the Government’s minimum requirements detailed below. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. This procurement is a small business set aside, as concurred with by the NUWCDIVNPT Office of Small Business Program (OSBP). All resellers shall provide proof of original equipment manufacturer (OEM) authorized reseller status.
