## Description

**Amendment 0001:** The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate DFARS 252.204-7021 Contractor Compliance with the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification Level Requirements and 252.204-7025 Notice of Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification Level Requirements. Offeror shall have an active CMMC Level 1 (Self) assessment score within SPRS in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7021. See attached RFQ PDF.
