RFQ Number is N6660426Q0270 The Government’s existing platform infrastructure is manufactured by Adel Wiggins, the original equipment manufacturer (OEM), which necessitates that the required hardware must also be acquired from Adel Wiggins. Without the essential fabrication and certification process in accordance with Government Drawings Adel Wiggins provides, the new hardware would not be compatible with existing and would not be compatible with various conditions the platform is subjected to. Utilizing different hardware is not feasible as it would require complete redesign, engineering, and manufacturing of a new platform.
