## Description

**Amendment 0001:** The purpose of this amendment is to:

1) Correct MULTISORB P/N from 02-0062BG01, to 02-02500BG01 2) Amend stepladder range 350+, to 350-700 in accordance with FAR 52.216-19 Order Limitations (Oct 1995) Maximum ordering Qty. 3) Amend stepladder Qty 20-49 to an optional inclusion for offerors.

4) Extend the required response date to 12 March 2026 at 6 PM EST Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) purchase order, with Firm Fixed Price (FFP) provisions, for either the Multisorb Technologies Incorporated (MULTISORB) Part Number (P/N) 02-02500BG01 or AGM Container Controls (AGM) P/N 645050 brand name items only, no substitutions allowed, as detailed in the attached combined solicitation/synopsis The contract minimum guarantee referred to in paragraph (b) of FAR Clause 52.216-22 ‘Indefinite Quantity, below, is 200 Units.

The ceiling of this contract shall be established based on pricing for 1600 units. MULTISORB (02-02500BG01) and AGM (P/N 645050) are the only two approved sources of supply within the technical governing drawing. Deviating from one of these part numbers and purchasing desiccant material from an alternative source of supply will result in Government systems no longer being compliant with the specifications in the drawing.

Obtaining the ability to add to the limited source of supply on the drawing would require Technical Design Agent review, Program Office approval, redesign & research of new desiccant, qualification testing, and change to the drawing. This would result in extensive duplicative cost and schedule impacts, unallowable to the Government.
