The work to be performed under this contract is for a manufacturer to document, manufacture, test, package and deliver TR-302D and 355 First Article (if not waived) and Production transducers using a build-to-performance specification approach that meets the performance requirements of the Critical Item Performance Specification (CIPS) as well as build-to-print spare parts in accordance with the respective drawings included in the Reference Baseline Drawing Package. Award of a single, firm-fixed-price (FFP) five-year indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract is anticipated. This procurement is solicited as unrestricted as concurred with by the NUWCDIVNPT Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 334511. The Small Business Size Standard is 1,350 employees. A draft Statement of Work (SOW), CIPS and applicable drawings are included with this synopsis.
