## Description

This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 – Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation will be posted for less than fifteen (15) days in accordance with FAR 5.203(a)(2).

Request for Quote (RFQ) number is N66604-25-Q0426. This requirement is being solicited as a sole source requirement under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 334515, as concurred with by the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP). The Small Business Size Standard is 750 employees. MK Test Systems Americas, Inc. is the only qualified source of supply for the required automated electrical test system.

The MK Test Model E1500P Portable Automatic Tester from MK Test Systems Americas, Inc. is the only METCAL authorized automated cable tester; therefore, this acquisition can only be obtained through MK Test Systems Americas, Inc. This solicitation is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination not to compete this proposed requirement based on responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government.

Quotes received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. Please see attached RFQ for full terms and conditions.
