## Description

NUWCDIVNPT intends to purchase, on a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) basis, the repair and refurbishment of one LPPV5-4. NUWCDIVNPT intends to award on Sole Source basis to Instruments Inc. Instruments Inc is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the LPPV5-4 being serviced and is therefore the only source with the specialized knowledge, tools, and authorized replacement parts necessary to conduct repairs in accordance with original manufacturing standards.
