## Description

**Amendment 02:** The purpose of this amendment is to include travel costs to CLINs 0003 & 0006.

**Amendment 01:** The purpose of this amendment is to extend the RFQ closing date to 05/09. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award a single award with Firm Fixed Price and Time and Material provisions for Material Handling Equipment (MHE) maintenance for one (1) base year and one (1) Option Year. Please see the attached Request for Quotes (RFQ) and Performance Work Statement (PWS) for additional details.
