The onsite supervision will require one (1) qualified individuals serving the roles of superintendent, quality control manager, and site safety and health officer. Per FAR 36.204 - Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects, the estimated price is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Bonds including Bid Bond and insurance will be required. This procurement will be solicited as a 100% Small Business Set Aside, as concurred with by the NUWCDIVNPT Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 236220. The Small Business Size Standard is $45,000,000.00.
