## Description

PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE ISSUED. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport, RI intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract on a sole source basis to Image Acoustics, Inc., CAGE Code 8T485, for the development of a Finite Element Analysis (FEA) of an Advanced Development Model (ADM) array.

This requirement is being solicited as a sole source requirements under NAICS Code 541330. Image Acoustics, Inc. is the only manufacturer of the Stepped Tonpilz Acoustic Transducer (STAT) FEA ADM model and the textured arrays which will be used as a building block in the textured array design. In accordance with FAR 5.202(a)(13), the requirement for a synopsis has been waived. The solicitation, N6660424Q0590, is released and is attached as part of this norice.

This solicitation is not a request for competitive quotes,however, all quotes received by the closing date will be considered by the Government for furthre requirements. A determination not to compete this proposed requirement based on responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. Quotes received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future.

Quotes shall be submitted via email on or before Friday, 6 September 2024, 2:00 PM EST. Offers received after the closing date are considered to be late and will not be considered for award.
