Delivery requirement is FOB Destination to Newport Rhode Island, 02841. Delivery must be made on or before 30 April, 2025. The Gaven OPCON enclosure is a subcomponent of a previously designed system. The original manufacturer designed this system to integrate the Government’s needs into existing parts and was specifically designed using the Gaven OPCON enclosure. Any other hardware would require extensive new design, integration, environmental testing, system demonstration, and a complete technical documentation package and is not in the Government's best interest at this time.
