**20AUG2024:** AMENDMENT 0001- This action is being amended to answer two (2) questions from industry: - What is the amount if detail required for technical capability?

**A:** The Government is looking for a proposal-type Technical volume, mostly focusing on proof of personnel qualifications and job experience as well as vendor capabilities for welding, machining, fixturing, painting, etc. - Will the Government consider offers for longer than 26 weeks for First Article test Units?
