## Description

This contract action was solicited on a sole source basis as consured with by the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport Office of Small Business Programs. GSE Dynamics is currently the only certified source of these radomes and qualifying a second source is cost and schedule prohibitive at this time. Please see attached J&A for full rationale.
