## Description

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order for four (4) Keysight N5173B EXG X-Series Microwave Analog Signal Generators as detailed in the attached combined solicitation/synopsis. This is a Keysight Brand Name requirement, with a summary of the supporting rationelle below:

Purchase of an other than Keysight brand signal generator would not be compatible with existing software suites. Utilizing an alternative brand would require modifications to software, and rewriting, delaying equipment from being delivered to the fleet. These modifications are expected to take 2-3 years with duplicative costs far outwighting the cost of this requirement.
