The government does not provide a procedure for use instead, the contractor shall conduct the test IAW the requirements of 8212331. Can the Government please specify which testing requirements called out in DWG 8212331 REV E, Sheet 5, Table 4 are for contractor responsibility and which testing requirements will be Government responsibility?
