where the contractor shall manufacture, inspect, package, and deliver one (1) First Article and up to seventy-five (75) Production USR Bracket Re-Designed Components for Code 1534 Handling Systems. THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. It is a market research tool being used to determine potential and eligible small businesses capable of producing the items described herein prior to determining the method of acquisition and issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP). The NAICS for this requirement is 332710 with a size standard of 500 employees. All interested small businesses are encouraged to respond. The results of this Sources Sought will be used to determine if a Small Business Set-Aside opportunity exists. All Small Business Set-Aside categories will be considered. The contractor shall manufacture, inspect, package, and deliver one (1) First Article (FA) and up to seventy-five (75) Production USR Bracket Re-Designed Components identified below. The First Article Universal Slip Ring Bracket Re-Design Component is required to be delivered no later than twenty-four (24) weeks after Delivery Order issuance. After review of the submitted Capability Statements, NUWCDIVNPT will release an Advanced Notice to Industry regarding the acquisition strategy/decision (i.e. Unrestricted, Small, Small Disadvantaged, 8(a), Women-Owned, HUBZone, or Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Business) prior to release of the final RFP.
