## Description

The Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific, intends to award a task order to LDP Associates on a sole source basis for the purchase of the following services. LDP Associates is a direct distributor of Schneider Electric (OEM) services and has confirmed that the required items are not authorized for resale/redistribution by outside vendors.

**ITEM WMPRS1F-VT-15-3A:** Smart-UPS VT Revitalization for (1) 15 kVA 208V UPS 3:3 with Advantage Service Plan. Includes installation services with removal and disposal as required. Based on normal business hours.

**ITEM WMBRS4-MB-T4:** Modular Battery Replacement Service 4 X SYBT4 (16 batteries total). Includes installation services with removal and disposal as required. Based on normal business hours.
