## Description

Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC Pacific) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to Brandywine Communications (CAGE 03NF8, 2921 Daimler St. Santa Ana, CA, 92705). The requirement is for the purchase of the following:
