## Description

The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a contract on a non-competitive basis to L3 Technologies Inc. This contract will support the follow-on production of a successful prototype awarded from an Other Transaction Authority (OTA). Please see attached Notice of Intent to Sole Source.
