## Description

The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Scientific Components Corp. (Mini Circuits). The requirement is for the purchase of the following supply: 8x8 Programmable Attenuator Matrix (8x8FanOutMtx/0.5-7.2GHz/SMA/3U), QTY: 1. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote.

A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. The applicable NAICS Code is 334419 ? Other Electronic Component Manufacturing, and the business standard size is 750 employees. Acquisition of Commercial Items under RFO Part 12 ?
