The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific?s intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to BNC Corp. Entity ID ETNVA5F96KF5, CAGE Code 23908, of 2955 Kerner BLVDSTE D San Rafael, California 94901-5553, United StatesThe requirement is for the procurement of the following brand name beta detectors:

**Manufacturer:** Scionix Holland B.V. (BNC Corp. is the only authorized North American reseller)Description: Scionix model V25BA0.25/25M-P-X8 Beta detectorQuantity: 70 eachThe Government intends to negotiate solely with BNC Corp. under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901 as implemented by FAR (Overhaul) 12.102. FAR (Overhaul) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies. However, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.

A copy of the Request for Quote (RFQ) will be made available upon request. The applicable NAICS Code is 334515 ?
