A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The applicable NAICS Code is 336413, with a corresponding size standard of 1,250 employees. The applicable Product Service Code (PSC) is 1560.This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source that believes it can meet the Government?s requirement may submit a capability statement for consideration. Responses shall include sufficient technical information to demonstrate the ability to satisfy the requirement.Interested parties may submit capability statements, questions, or inquiries via e-mail to hannah.m.chichester.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 10:00 AM PST on 29 April 2026.
