The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific?s intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to 6 Axis, LLC, Entity ID XLNYYYJU21W5, CAGE Code 820M8, of 16075 Hopewell RD Alpharetta, Georgia 30004-2812, United States. The requirement is for the procurement of the following Power Refresh Package: **Manufacturer: 6 Axis, LLC Description: Vigilance Localization Power Refresh Package 26Quantity: 4 each** The Government intends to negotiate solely with 6 Axis, LLC under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901 as implemented by FAR 12.102. FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies. However, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. A copy of the Request for Quote (RFQ) will be made available upon request. The applicable NAICS Code is 332510 ? Hardware Manufacturing and the size standard is 750 employees.
