## Description

**N66001-26-Q-6029:** Notice of Intent to Sole Source Award to S and P Global Market Intelligence, LLC. Panjiva Platform - Xpressfeed // P/N: MI.MKT_DATA_TRADE_DATA.S_4 FOR A QUANTITY OF 5The Government intends to negotiate solely with S and P Global under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), only one source capable of meeting the Government?s requirement. FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR part 12 Acquisition of Commercial items, applies.

However, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.

The applicable NAICS Code is 518210 - Computing Infrastructure Providers, Data Processing, and Web Hosting and the size standard is $40,000,000.00 Capability statements, comments, questions, or concerns regarding this notice shall be submitted via e-mail ONLY to Zachary Pilkington at zachary.t.pilkington.civ@us.navy.mil by 0800 PST Monday, 15 December 2025.
