## Description

A sole source contract will be issued using other than full and open competition procedures. This requirement is for the procurement of Oracle software licenses (perpetual and subscription), software maintenance and support renewals, Software as a Service, hardware, hardware support, engineered systems, engineered systems support, Oracle Advanced Customer Services (ACS), and Oracle Consulting Services (OCS) to support IT operations across the DoD enterprise.
