The scope of this SOW includes application to software and hardware as it relates to human factors and will be applied throughout and any time within a product’s lifecycle. The UX/UI methods cover standards typical of this domain including related process and products.

The main task elements are categorized as: research, assessment, design, prototype, and test, which are activities that occur across the design and development lifecycle. It also includes the scientific and systematic interactions required with the expected users of the system/product. The ordering period of the awarded effort is for five (5) years.
