## Description

The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Commercial, Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with Fischer. The requirement is for the purchase of the following:

Item 0001:AS-4543/URC Mass Clamp Current Probe (MCCP) antenna unit Manufacturer:

**Fischer Custom Communication Inc P/N:** FCC-230-51N(2A) QTY: 2. The above items include Fischer?s commercially available MCCP Antenna Units. Fischer is the only capable source who can provide the required products. A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. However, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
