## Description

The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Commercial, Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with BlueFors Oy under FAR 13.106-1(b).This is a purchase request to procure installation sets that will be used to install RF and coaxial cables for the BlueFors dilution refrigerator.

The requirement is for the purchase of the following:Item 0001:1 DC Installation Set: KF40 flange 1x Fischer1 12x TWP PhBr RT to 4K | 12x TWP PhBr 4K to MXC6 Semi-rigid Coaxial Lines (18 GHz)4 Semi-rigid Coaxial Lines (18 GHz)4 Semi-rigid Coaxial Lines (18 GHz)4 Attenuator SMA M-F CRYO Brass 1dB 2W10 Attenuator SMA M-F CRYO Brass 0dB 2W20 Attenuator SMA M-F CRYO Brass 20dB 2WA determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government.

However, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The applicable NAICS Code is 335931 and the business size standard is 600 (in employees).Interested offerors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
