## Description

:Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source to 3db Lab Inc. The Department of the Navy (DON), Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, & award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with 3db Lab Inc..

The requirement is for the purchase of the ff: SCEPTRE-10G-ITAR Realtime signal processing for those USB, 1GbE, and 10GbE receivers listed in the SCEPTRE-ITAR compatibility matrix, JICD4.2 sensor and tasker support, and optional capability for cellular, and Wi-Fi survey. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote. A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government.
