The requirement is for the purchase of labor/services to be performed MZA employees as follows: The Contactor (MZA Associates Corp.) shall provide laser testing support by providing personnel with direct knowledge and hands on experience of the NanoAO Mobile Laboratory Trailer to assist with setup and operations of an outdoor 1km experiment of a pulsed laser system. As the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), MZA's expertise is required during the 1st field experiment of the system in a maritime environment to closely mimic the environment conditions aboard a Navy ship. This notice of intent is not a request for quote. A determination by the Government not to complete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government.
