The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific's intent to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Cyberspatial Inc., CAGE Code 9BN41, of 2550 S Clark St Ste 930 Arlington VA 22202. The requirement is for the following: ITEM 0001: Teleseer PULSE Virtual Machine Deployment (8 Core) Quantity: 1 each Description: On-Premise Virtual Machine (VM) deployment of Teleseer, including installation of software on 8-core VM environment, with 10 user seats provided. PERFORMANCE PERIOD: 1 year from award The Government intends to negotiate the purchase order on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), only one source capable of meeting the Government's requirement. FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial items, apply. However, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. A copy of the Request for Quote will be made available upon request. The applicable NAICS Code is 513210 – Software Publishers and the size standard is $47,000,000 average annual receipts.
