The requirement is for the following RTI manufactured (MFR) commercial software (SW) license and support products: Manufacturer: RTI Part Number: 899-20-85-00-03 Description: RTI Connext DDS Secure, Developer Subscription (25-99) Quantity: 4 Each Period of Performance (PoP):07DEC2024 – 06DEC2025 The Government intends to negotiate solely with RTI under the authority of FAR 13.106-1 (b), only one source capable of meeting the Government's requirement. FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR part 12 Acquisition of Commercial items, applies. However, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. A copy of the Request for Quote will be made available upon request.
