The requirement is for the purchase of the following: Item 0001: M9384B/US59010136 VXG Microwave Signal Generator repair Manufacturer: Keysight Technologies QTY: 1 NIWC Pacific requires a repair service agreement for their Keysight Technologies test and measurement equipment. Support ensures equipment will provide accurate and precise readings to conduct testing in support of NIWC PAC. Keysight Technologies shall provide repair and calibration services for one (1) VXG Signal Generator M9384B. Performance shall take place 100% at the contractor's facility. The Government intends to negotiate solely with Keysight Technologies under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), Only one source capable of meeting the Government's requirement. FAR Part 13 -- Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR part 12 -- Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services apply.
