The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific's intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Industrial Training International LLC (CAGE: 99YQ0) of 9428 Old Pacific Hwy; Woodland, Washington 98674-8415, United States. This requirement is for the following assets meeting the noted specification & capability requirements: MFR & Item Description QTY Industrial Training International LLC Unlimited Subscription by Simulation Station Crane Simulation Software Renewal –1 year 3 The Government intends to negotiate solely with Industrial Training International LLC under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), Only one source capable of meeting the Government's requirement. FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR part 12 Acquisition of Commercial items, applies. The applicable NAICS Code is 611519: Other Technical and Trade Schools - Exception 1, and the business size standard is $21M in annual receipts.
