Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source to Taco Antenna. This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.201. The purpose of this Synopsis is to announce the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific's intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a non-competitive basis to Taco Antenna. Requirement Information; NIWC will procure nine (9) UHF SATCOM Antenna 225-400 MHz; nine (9) Fixed Helical Tripod Mount with 12 counterweights
