## Description

Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) is seeking to acquire locksmith services as listed below under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Subpart 13.5 - Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services. To be considered acceptable and eligible for award, quotes must provide the services requested in accordance with Attachment 1 – Statement of Work.

Anticipated contract line items are provided in Attachment 2 – Pricing Spreadsheet. The Government anticipates a Firm Fixed Price purchase order for one (1) 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods. Anticipated line items in accordance with the attached SOW are as follows:

CLIN 0001 Locksmith Services (Base Year) QTY:

**4 Quarters Period of Performance:** 1 October 2024 to 30 September 2025. CLIN 1001 Locksmith Services (Option Year 1) QTY:

**4 Quarters Period of Performance:** 1 October 2025 to 30 September 2026. CLIN 2001 Locksmith Services (Option Year 2) QTY:

**4 Quarters Period of Performance:** 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2027. CLIN 3001 Locksmith Services (Option Year 3) QTY:

**4 Quarters Period of Performance:** 1 October 2027 to 30 September 2028. CLIN 4001 Locksmith Services (Option Year 4) QTY:

**4 Quarters Period of Performance:** 1 October 2028 to 30 September 2029. Place of Performance: Primary place of performance shall be within the NIWC Pacific area of responsibility. This includes San Diego, CA 92110; San Diego, CA 92136; and occasionally, Coronado, CA 92118. DUE DATE AND SUBMISSION INFORMATION Formatting Requirements: Submit quotes in electronic format, including an Excel spreadsheet with calculations when practicable.

**Questions Due Date and Submission Requirements:** All questions must be received before the close of the RFQ. Questions must be uploaded on the NAVWAR e-Commerce website at https://e-commerce.DC3N.navy.mil, under NIWC Pacific/Simplified Acquisitions/ N66001-24-Q-6329. Include RFQ# N66001-24-Q-6329 on all inquiries. Questions will be addressed at the discretion of the Government.

**RFQ Due Date and Submission Requirements:** This RFQ closes on 9 September 2024 at 4:00 PM, Pacific Time.
