The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific's intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to LINDE GAS & EQUIPMENT INC. Unique Entity ID PBGNFLNFRWB9, CAGE Code 649M0, of 10 Riverview DR Danbury, Connecticut 06810-6268, United States The requirement is for the procurement of Helium-3.

FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR part 12 Acquisition of Commercial items, applies. However, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. A copy of the Request for Quote will be made available upon request.
