Item 0001 Description: Helium-3 99% Manufacturer: Linde Part Number: 14000258 Quantity: 77 liters Item 0002 Description: Cylinder Manufacturer: Linde P/N: 14008265 Quantity: 1 The Government intends to negotiate solely with Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), only one source capable of meeting the Government's requirement.
