## Description

The Government intends to negotiate solely with Extreme Waves Inc. under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), only one source capable of meeting the Government's requirement. FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and FAR part 12, Acquisition of Commercial items, apply. The applicable NAICS Code is 334290, Other Communications Equipment Manufacturing, and the business size standard is 800 (of employees) employees.
