This effort will deliver security enhancements to the Project Pronto system through the use of an O-RAN(Open-Radio Access Network: O-RAN ALLIANCE e.V) based disaggregated radio from srsRAN (https://www.srslte.com/5g), the introduction of new 3GPP (general purpose processor) features such as supporting interworking between untrusted non-3GPP network and the 5G core through N3IWF (Non-3GPP Interworking Function), AI/ML (Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning) based edge services, security enhancements to attest that the software has not been tampered with, security enhancements to detect man-in-the-middle attacks, and development of a platform to facilitate edge software consistency and deployment. The requirement is for the purchase of the following: ITEM 0001: LABOR QTY: 1 ITEM 0002: CDRLS QTY: 1 Based on the approved Justification and Approval (J&A), the agency has identified only one responsible source and no other supplier will satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this notice, and must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising quality, accuracy and reliability.
