The requirement is for MSS ROV Maintenance Programs. Item 0001: Mfg: VideoRay P/N: CSMP Description: 1-Year CSMP for Defender ROV (DEF2018001) Term Coverage: 28 August 2024 – 27 August 2025 (plus three 1-year options) QTY: 1 Item 0002: Mfg: VideoRay P/N: CSMP Description: 1-Year CSMP for Defender ROV (DEF20190137) Term Coverage: 28 August 2024 – 27 August 2025 (plus three 1-year options) QTY: 1 The Government intends to negotiate solely with VideoRay, LLC. under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), Only one source capable of meeting the Government's requirement. FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR part 12 Acquisition of Commercial items, applies.
