Shield AI Inc. is the only provider of the specialized services. They are the only capable source to provide information and conduct analysis in the fields of electrical and mechanical integration, Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) and aerodynamics of the platform, as Shield AI owns the intellectual property relating to the aircraft design and operational parameters/constraints. A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government.
