CAGE: 1UH00 Unique Entity ID: J6GKK3NCN8W8 Address: 9919 Hilbert St, Ste D San Diego, CA 92131-1076 This requirement is for the procurement of perimeter door mechanical locking equipment for NIWC buildings at NBPL Bayside Complex. NIWC Pacific has a firm-fixed-price contract with Accurate Security Pros for locksmithing services where labor for installation/maintenance is included. All door locking parts must be compatible with Schlage locks and the restricted proprietary keyways that are exclusive to NIWC and licensed to Accurate Security Pros. Warranty issues also exist where the alarm contractor will void warranties while performing maintenance and taking corrective action on parts procured outside of Accurate Security Pros. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may be considered by the agency. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this synopsis and must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy, and reliability of supplies provided.
