The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific's intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Starfire Industries, LLC. Entity ID GZ2MY2S55JW9, CAGE Code 3ECK7, of 3310 N Duncan RD Champaign, Illinois 61822-8948, United States The requirement is for the following Starfire Industries Neutron Generator and custom shroud: Manufacturer: Starfire Industries, LLC Description: nGen®-300-DD, Sealed 2.5MeV Deuterium-Deuterium Neutron Generator Quantity: 1 Manufacturer: Starfire Industries, LLC Description: Custom Shroud for nGen®-300 Unit Quantity: 1 The Government intends to negotiate solely with Starfire Industries, LLC under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), only one source capable of meeting the Government's requirement. FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR part 12 Acquisition of Commercial items, applies.
